The native Studio feature
DaVinci Resolve Studio has Create Subtitles from Audio built in. It is reliable for a standard subtitle track, but it is Studio only, produces one static line at a time, and does no animation, no word-by-word, and no translation into other languages.
Pick it when: you already own Studio and only need plain, broadcast-style subtitles.
